Site showing as blacklisted on Opera due to malware

We've recent;y attempted to clean our site of bad scripting, but Opera is the only browser appearing to have us as blacklisted at this time. How can we get Opera to review our site and/or remove it from the blacklist?

The site in question is strengthbodybuilding.com

Opera uses a third part blacklist. You need to check who blacklisted the site and ask them to remove.

If you click on "why the page was blocked?" you will se who did it.
