Why IP Address getting wrong?

I'm in india. But its showing i'm in san fransisco ...
Everytime my FB account blocking pls do something i can't change ip address
Normal google browser working fine only problem is opera mini IP ADDRESS goes wrong...

Mini uses a proxy, and apparently FB is treating the proxy's address as your address.

so i cant change ip adress?? not only fb... yahoo, gmail all blocking !! I want to change proxy address ... there's no way to change???

If they were smart, they would understand the use of a proxy.

If your phone - and data plan - are up to it, you could run Opera for Android (without Turbo) and everything should work. But the purpose of Mini is to reduce data consumption and to run on phones that can't run a full modern browser, and it can't do either without acting as a proxy. (Turbo mode in Opera for Android also reduces bandwidth, but also uses a proxy.)

Mini servers send your original IP address within X-Forwarded-For and Forwarded headers. All these sites should just use this values to determine your true location.
