No synchronization of express-panel

All PC's are on Windows (7, 7 & 8).
All synchronized, except for the express-panel.

Iirc this was never possible in Opera Blink.

I wonder why when I added the express panel at work, they will automatically appear in my home? If you do not have that function, why it did not enter

In Opera Blink (Opera 15+)? It used to happen in Opera Presto (Opera 12.17 and older).

No, i used Opera 29-33...

So SDs from other installations will appear under Bookmarks > Other Speed Dials > Device Name. If you add a SD in one device you will not see it populating SD in other Opera installations.
