No, i used Opera 29-33...

So SDs from other installations will appear under Bookmarks > Other Speed Dials > Device Name. If you add a SD in one device you will not see it populating SD in other Opera installations.

I wonder why when I added the express panel at work, they will automatically appear in my home?

In Opera Blink (Opera 15+)? It used to happen in Opera Presto (Opera 12.17 and older).

Iirc this was never possible in Opera Blink.
