Missing toolbar Opera 33

I'm new to Opera, using it on a Lenovo Ultrabook with Windows 10. I've searched for hours and can't seem to find out if Opera 33 has a toolbar or not. I'm missing the standard toolbar with "file, edit", etc. buttons on it. When I right click where the toolbar should be I get a menu about folders, not about a toolbar. I've tried f11, but that doesn't bring up space for a toolbar. Would someone please tell me if I should have a toolbar and if so what do I need to go to get it? Thanks so much!

Opera 33 has no toolbar. Any website you read that says Opera has a toolbar is probably for an older version of Opera. Like version 12 or earlier.

Thanks so much for your answer. So what do I do if I want to use any of the commands that are normally on the File, Edit, etc. buttons?
