You can't. It's a separate install. It's gonna copy your profile though AFAIR.

Afaik, one stream doesn't use another one profile.

So can you give me a solution because I have not installed it, I have used the USB install option for it, I want to keep my previous settings?

When you select the USB installation in the 21 installer and choose the folder that Opera is currently installed in, does the installer complain? If not, I would assume you could just install over the top and it'd just work. But, never tried.
