Why do developers do not leave users a choice? What is the Quick Launch bar? Opera developers the opportunity to give it away! Thank you!

Its not gonna happen. They tried the super customization thing with older versions of Opera and it only appealed to a small group of users and was not worth maintaining. So the newer versions of Opera have limited customization when it comes to the interface.
