Youtube stutters

System Windows 10 32 bit. Opera latest version. Adobe flash player latest version. Turbo is on.
Video is being loaded in background but sound and pictures stutter. Microsoft edge works fine. What makes the difference? Any idea?

Have you check with turbo disabled?

Turn of Turbo and try again with turbo off I have no problems with Youtube not even the 4k videos which require a min speed of 22Mbps
