Opera Turbo mode for hiding internet activity?

I'm working in a company and its a little bit like in some countries - they want to know everything.
Personally i use internet 99% for business, but some guys watched porn etc. during work. Now they check every few months internet protocols of the server of some people. They say these people are chosen randomly, but of course they check protocols of people they don't like and if they need a reason to fire them.
Like i told you i use internet most times for business, but i don't like these methods and want to hide my activities.
There is also a filter installed that urls with "bad words" are not browsable. Sometimes this filter is too strict and a good page is forbidden too. The solution is the opera turbo mode. Then it works.
But helps the turbo mode also against the logging?
- Is in the log something like operaturboMode.com/www.xyz.com ? or is the page i want to surf completly unreadable?
- Is this call i do working in lets say 2 days if they check it and see there is a call they don't understand, lets enter that in the browser?
