Is it possible to change standard white toolbar color to another?

In a word - no. Sorry. I too would love to see a dark skin but I don't think that is in the works.

The poster probably meant changing the windows settings to change titlebar colors. Win10 doesn't have any way to change it in its pathetic settings however.

Didn't click in with me right away.
Don't usually tinker around with "personalize".
A dark grey (no black option) for tabs in background makes it much less aggressive but it still doesn't take away the white.On Win 7

Even MS Edge has a dark and light skin for its browser. If only Opera could give us one of two choices it would be pretty awesome.
