<![CDATA[Can we change toolbar color?]]>Is it possible to change standard white toolbar color to another?

Don't usually tinker around with "personalize".
A dark grey (no black option) for tabs in background makes it much less aggressive but it still doesn't take away the white.

Win10 doesn't have any way to change it in its pathetic settings however.
