Bank won't let me do billpay with Opera

I really like Opera 32, but when I try to use certain sites, I am not allowed to view content. For example, when I try to use my bank's bill pay feature, I get the following:

"It appears you’re trying to access Online Bill Pay from The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc using: Firefox 21.0"

First of all, update to Opera 33.

Do you use any extensions?

I use this extension for such cases:

The only downside is that you have to figure out what the "user agent" is yourself. I currently have most success with "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/41.0.2228.0 Safari/537.36".
