I'm unable to scroll down/up/left/right any page anymore. What seems to be the problem?

I use Windows 10

Works fine here with Windows 10 and Opera 33. Which version of Opera are you using? Are you trying to use a touch interface to scroll or a mouse?

Scroll by doing what? Using scroll bars, using a mousewheel or trackpad, with the keyboard, etc?
