I have a SSD and need to set the cache to 0 in Opera 32. How would I do this?

You can't. Cache is necessary for the browser to function. This is true of any browser. It has to have someplace to store the pages you are viewing while you are viewing them. That is what the cache is for. The closest you can get is downloading an extension that cleaners your cache on exit, but that wont stop it from writing to the cache because its HAS to even if you don't keep it. Anyway, having your cache on your SSD wont damage it or anything. People are way to paranoid about 'wearing out' their SSD.

Don't know if it will work but you can try using the parameter --disk-cache-size to set the cache size to zero.

lando242, I have cache=0 in Firefox settings. From my understanding, since I have 8GB of ram, cache is stored in my ram and it works just fine.

lando242, I forgot to mention that I have my swap file in linux set to only 1% and it never gets used, so for my computing needs, having everything in ram works fine.
