On my Android tablet I can see the data savings, but I'm unable to find out how to get the statistics in Windows?

How do I see if it works, then?
I can see that there are developer possibilities for setting the mode On/Off, but not how to query.
Which Opera version for Windows was the last known to be able to display the statistics?
The savings on Android are not insignificant, around 80% for me.
