Speed Dial, Menu and Toolbar

Good day,
I have a few Questions regarding Opera:
- I recently installed Opera as my default browser on all of my devices and created an account in order to sync my speed dial page. But as luck would have it, I'm unable to get the speed dial page(s) to sync!
I've created various links and folders on the one device and made sure that all devices are logged in with the same account. I've tried to manually create some of the links on the other devices, hoping that it will trigger the syncing. But no matter what I do, the speed dial page(s) do not sync!
I've opened the Bookmarks page and see all my devices listed under "Other Speed Dials". I've tried copying the links (and folders) from and to other devices, but cannot find the option to do so. Dragging and dropping seems to moves the items...
Any idea what can be causing the issue?
- Is there a way to move the titlebar buttons (Opera menu and other weird little button next to the minimize button) to the Toolbar to free up more space for the Tabs on the Titlebar?

Try select the bookmarks and then use Ctrl+C Ctrl+V

Nope

Oh, my bad! I never checked the context menu for a Copy/Paste function (and shortcuts). Okay so I copied the items to my various devices which was pretty easy. Any suggestions or ideas why the speed dial pages won't sync automatically?

Because this is how it was designed to work.
IOW, Speed Dials do not sync as such (changing your Speed Dial in Opera on one device won't cause the change to show up in the Speed Dial on another); but they do show up as "Other Speed Dials" in the Bookmarks sidebar.

So only bookmarks will be synced between devices and an "on-line backup" will be created for Speed dials? I fail to see the logic in the design... Well this is rather unfortunate, thank you for the information

It's not consistent, but it may be logical. A user might want a different configuration of Speed Dials on a phone than on a desktop, for instance. It's possible to import Speed Dials from one device to another, though Other speed dials; but it adds more steps.
