How to disable "window.onbeforeunload" event in Opera settings

How to disable browser nuisance "window.onbeforeunload" event
It's never present when required and appears as real nuisance on other sites, when dialogue pops up "confirm navigation" "leave this page."
Is there any new Opera built in setting to control this behaviour?
Using 3rd party applications to disable this is not a solution.

I don't there is a way to disable that in any browser, thats why they do it.
