Bookmark folders won't move to top screen

After installing Win 10 again I have imported my bookmarks to Opera from a USB stick. I set "Bookmark line" visible on top screen, but when I try to drag and drop my bookmark folders to the bookmark line they won't stay put.
I've imported bookmarks and moved them with mouse (drag and drop) to top screen bookmarks line many times before without any problem, so I don't understand what's the problem now?
Any tip?

WHat exactly do you mean by bookmarks line? Where are you trying to do this, inside the bookmarks manager? In the current version of Opera any bookmarks and folders should be in 'My Folders'.

I used to have my boomark folders placed in the bookmark bar at top of screen. After re-installing Windows 10 I had to install Opera again. I imported my Opera bookmarks from a usb stick to Opera. That is no problem.
Then I mark "Show bookmarks bar" (top of screen), and I will drag and drop my bookmark folders to that bookmark bar. But the folder will not stay put when I drag them to bookmarks bar. I have done this many times earlier without problem, but now it won't work. Both my desktop computer and laptop have this problem now.
