Address bar drop down

There must be a way to stop the drop down from the address bar. I hope.

Have you tried disabling "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar"?

I also have the address bar drop down. I have opera on 2 computers 1 works fine without the drop down the other has the annoying drop down. The one with the drop down has 207 as the last 3 numbers of the version # and the other is 161, don't know if these numbers are even relevant to the problem. they are both version 31 any help is appreciated. I tried "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar" made no difference.
