How do I tell Opera to now allow me to save a password that I previously replied "No" to?

At some point when accessing a certain website, I replied "No" to the question if I wanted to save the password. Now I want to save the password for this website but am no longer asked to save it. I tried "Settings->Privacy and Security->Manage Saved Passwords" but this does not give me the option to ADD to this list. I am using Opera version31.0.1889.174.

Any ideas on how I can add a password for a specitfic URL that I previously said "No" to?

Have you checked settings > privacy and security > Manage saved passwords?

It will be at the bottom titled "Never saved"
