Where can I set a master password?

I want to set a master password for storing passwords in the opera password manager. I also want to use this master password whenever I try to login somewhere. Is this possible? I'm using Opera 31.

You can't, Opera Blink doesn't have such feature. Your stored passwords are attached to your OS user/password and will not work with other user or in another OS installation.
