sidebar scrolling problem

Hi,
Maybe someone can help
I use an Invoice2go app on my Android no problems.
I downloaded the desktop version on my windows7 laptop but the sidebars are past the edge of the screen and I cant reach them with the cursor.
I hope this makes sense in laymans terms !

And how it's related to the Opera browser?
