How to get "open file" option in Opera 31's "save as" dialog

Hello everyone

In Opera 12, when I click a link to a file that isn't opened by Opera itself (e.g. PDF or DOCX), Opera gives me the option to save the file and to open the file in its associated viewer. Opera 31 doesn't give me the option to open the file in its associated program, but only to "save" the file. Is there a way to get Opera 31 to give me the option of opening the file as well (so that I don't have to save all files to my desktop and then manually open them from there)?
