Customize Toolbar

So All of the help pages say I should go to Settings/Toolbars to customize the buttons on my toolbar. The problem is in my Opera v. 30.0.1835.125 which is apparently the latest stable release, the setting "toolbars" does not exist. Right-clicking also does nothing. The only way to even enable bookmarks toolbar was through the Settings/User Interface/Show the Bookmarks Bar checkbox.
All I want to do is remove the so called "start page" button which doesn't actually go to my designated start page. If it did that, I wouldn't want to remove it. It actually goes to the Speed Dial, which I don't use.

That information only applies to the older pre version 15 versions of Opera.
Versions since 15 are completely different to the older versions and have no toolbar customisation available.
