Английские буквы в UI оперы и хрома отображаются очень мелко. Win 10 Pro. Версии браузеров последние. Полное удаление браузеров не помогло

English letters in Opera and Chrome's UIs appear too tiny.
Windows 10 Pro. The browsers are up to date. Full uninstall of the browsers didn't help.
