Opera now allows you to add DuckDuckGo as the default search engine, however I haven't found a way to add some parameters. [ https://duckduckgo.com/params ] Can someone help me?

There is a file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\31.0.1889.99\resources named 'default_partner_content.json'. That is where the default search engines are stored. If you blank the file Opera will remove all of the default search engines except Google. Google will then be your only choice for default search. You can then reassign the other's letters. If you are very careful in editing the file I've heard that you can do that to replace the default search engine but I haven't tried that as I use Google anyway. I've heard its very finicky though.
Also, the next time you update you will need to replace that file. Opera creates the folder with its version number as the name fresh with each update and that includes creating a new file .json file. I just save a copy of it somewhere and paste it over every time I update.
