64-bit Opera r.30 and r.12.17.1863 both?

Hello,
Found there are 64-bit versions of both current Opera browser and the last 'old school' Presto-based Opera, version 12.17.1863 -- are these valid Opera releases? I am running a new PC - quad-core with Windows 7 64-bit and looking for some options to use in addition to 64-bit Chrome?

Any experience or verification?

There is no 64 bits version of Opera Blink (Opera 15+) for Windows. Opera Presto 12.17 x64 is a valid release.
