How to make flash active forever

I have a blog http://www.caraspot.com/ and why sometimes the flash is active and sometimes it is not when I visit it using opera browser

Would be easier to look if you linked to a page that had Flash on it rather than your index page. However ...
If you use Turbo, then Flash will be set as "Click to play", since Turbo can't compress Flash and thus always enabling Flash would defeat the purpose of Turbo. It is hard to guess what else may be going on without a specific example.
