Option to disable HTML 5 video autoplay

Some websites autoplay HTML 5 videos when a user visits them. Bandwidth is prohibitively expensive in my country and I'd prefer that HTML 5 videos don't autoplay. It'd be nice if Opera's desktop browser had an option to not honour autoplay attribute in HTML 5 video tags.
Thanks.

Something like that would be useful. Even better if we could get some kind of notification on video/audio being available in a page.
Or at least they should apply the click-to-play feature to native HTML media.

I'd prefer click-to-play, just like Flash video content.
Firefox 41 (to be released) fixes this issue and they have discussed the UX to length here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=659285
