Change location od cookies

Hi!
I'm using Opera 30 and would like to change the location of cookies. Now they are on Local C disk. Everytime I close the browser and than start it again, everything is reset to default. No website setting is saved. I also noticed this in other browsers (but I've seen if Firefox is install on my Local D disk, than cookies stays).
Tried to install Opera on D disk, but still same result. When browser starts everything is reset to default. So, how can I change location to have cookies stored on D? I believe it'll work than.
Thanks advance.

A simple way to do this is to set it for a stand alone installation at the time of install. That opens up other issues though, like not being able to set it as your default browser.

Thank you for that information. I'll try it anyway.
It's just annoying that everytime my websites don't store their settings. Happens only on my work laptop, when something is on C disk...

There is something wrong with your Opera's install, it seems.
Are you using CCleaner or any other similar software?

It's your own laptop or it's one you got from your employer? Maybe the company is resetting/changing some data in the laptop?

I got this alptop from employer. Yes, I think they reset some data on local C disk. That's why I was wondering if I can get cookies and other stuff on local D disk. If I install it on D cookies are stored on C anyway.

Hi,
thank you for helping me out, but I really don't know how to do that. Can you point me to right direction, please?
