I would like to EXPORT my remaining bookmarks from Opera 30 to either an .html file or into another browser, such as Firefox. How is that accomplished?

"You need to use an extension."
Could you offer a bit more detail or perhaps some specific suggestions? -

You need to use an extension.

An extension that may ... or may not ... implement bookmark exportation from Opera is:
Bookmarks Import & Export
- by Martin Sermak - Copyright 2014
Found on Opera's extensions page. I did a search for "bookmarks" from the Extensions page.
"Sorry?"
I am not up to speed on this discussion page system and do not know how to show a quote from a previous reply. -

Thank you to all those who took the time to offer me some assistance. It's my sincere hope that you might receive the kind of assistance that you offered me.
The solution to my problem, a method that would allow me to export Opera Bookmarks, was solved by the use of the extension:Bookmarks Import & Export - by Martin Sermak - Copyright 2014
Thank you to Martin for this workable solution to a problem that should never have been passed on from Opera Developers to their user base.
I for one will move on to Firefox and probably never consider Opera as a viable browser again. -

I would like to add that disallowing the exporting of opera bookmarks and passwords is highly inconvenient and what i would consider a mandatory feature in a browser.
I will now be using chrome from now on because of this feature being removed and the ideals being shown by doing so.

Don’t mind, that's OK, there is a JSON file named Bookmarks, it's all there, even the speed dials (there is also an empty Bookmarks SQLite DB, don’t know why)
