cannot start Opera 30.0.1835.59 After updating

Windows 7 Ultimate N x64
Updating Opera from 29.0.1795.60 to 30.0.1835.59 has problem
I cannot open Opera after the automatic or manual update process. It stuck on loading page, cannot go to anything (opera://setting, opera://flags, www.***.com)
If I uninstall 30.0.1835.59 and reinstall 29.0.1795.60 it work again but when update by autoupdate it cannot
How I can fix this
