@gendofr 90% of the time, there's nothing wrong. Reaching your full internet speed when downloading something from a web site will always be an exception, since most sites limit the download speed.

That said, check if VPN isn't enabled by chance.

@leocg Thank you for this! I thought I was losing my mind. Just as the original poster stated, there was simply no activity after clicking subsequent download links. I enabled automatic downloads and all is well.

I am new user of Opera browser and I love it, but I really missing this feature that is available for all other browsers I have been using. It will be great if it can be added at some point.
