Afaik Youtube no longer uses Flash unless maybe if you have very old hardware and/or version of Windows.
no one else a problem with it?
No problems with fullscreen videos on Youtube or any other place.
What is your computer's hardware? The problem may be related to it.

I can't even start Opera anymore, because it tries to start with the last website in fullscreen mode.

OK, hardware doesn't seem to be a problem.

Try deleting/rename the Sessions files in Opera's profile folder.

Do you have the latest drivers for it? Does opera:gpu shows anything unusual? Disabling hardware acceleration makes nay difference?

The drivers are up to date. Also tried to reinstall Opera. Tried to disable hardware acceleration in Windows 10, searched in the internet to find the option for 30 minutes. I couldn't figure it out.

Tried to disable hardware acceleration
Settings > Browser > System > Uncheck "Use hardware acceleration when available"
Problem solved. Thank you very much! Your help is much appreciated! I am so happy to be back with my beloved Opera again.
