May Opera VPN: Free unlimited ad blocking VPN to block advertising on free apps?
I used Adblock Mobile — ad-free experience on your Phone! for that purpose but since it was removed from the appstore , and now I dont trust it anymore.

If they launch for Android something like the VPN app for IOS, i would guess it's possible.
