Is it just me, or is Opera (developer 39.0.2226.0) missing a couple of obvious necessities?

I really like Opera, but...
Is there really no search function? I can't find it in the help files. Its absence is a problem because I often need to search large online documents for specific words or phrases. Being unable to do it in Opera would force me to continue using Firefox for any serious work.
Greater issue: Opera doesn't fully integrate bookmarks imported from Firefox. Having to open a special "imported bookmarks" menu is needlessly inconvenient. Having Opera show only some of my many imported bookmarks--that window cuts them off after the H folder with no way to get to the rest--is fatally stupid. (Sorry to be harsh, but there it is.)
So, feature request: Dump the Bookmarks sub-menus. When I go to the bookmarks, show them to me. All of them, imported and native alike. I can bloody well organize them for myself. And have.
And please give me a search function, or tell me where to find it.
Thanks.

Oh. It looks like some of this was answered while I was writing. Sorry at least some of my request overlaps the previous topic. PBreen

You can search using the address bar. You can also enable the search field in settings.

Ctrl + F for search in page.
