Opera mini says "Could not locate remote server" while all other browsers work fine

My responsive site http://www.gkseries.com loaded successfully using opera mini in desktop. But I am getting an error as "Could not locate remote server" while I am trying to browse using opera mini in mobile. Please help me.

It was an issue of proxy server. After 24 hours my problem is automatically solved.

I have same problem too, sometimes it showed a error message with 'Could not locate remote server' while other browser is ok

From Bangladesh, I Can't Access http://songpkmp3.in site via opera from my mobile. When I try to enter into this site, it show me promowap ! Some one tell me this problem is for using Ads. Not also this site, there are lot of site has same problem. So, how can i overcome this problem?

I'm suffering from this problem. Always I try go google.com or facebook.com or techtunes.com.bd Always I got "Remote Server Could not Found" Face this problem Both in High & Extreme saving mode. While all other browsers are full ok with that. What's the problem?? Please fix this ASAP. I'm from Bangladesh. Opera Mini has to upgrade their Servers

Perhaps your device can't handle a standard connection. Do you use a modified version of Opera Mini or some VPN filters, DNS changer? Cookies deletion it may help.

It needs to spoof desktop...so many sites use mobile to send rubbish pop-up redirects.

Same thing happened to me when I was browsing http://toolsmash.info May be there's a problem with Opera Mini's server or Those site's server.

Opera browser is a best web browser but i was faced this problem a few days ago. While i can't browse http://songspkbrand.com from my mobile by opera mini web browser. It says could not locate remote server. Why i see this? Please solve this problem.

@rajibshibpur, this works for me as well. Please make sure you entered URL correctly and if it still doesn't work, report a bug via https://bugs.opera.com/wizard/mini using your phone.

I have been having issues with opera mini for the past 4weeks now. My site; www.9jamindz.com.ng does not load on Opera Mini but the same site opens on all other mobile browser. Please can you help me fix it asap.

Back in 2013, I too faced the same problem, in which my blog is not displaying properly. I found a solution for that, and wrote a page about it.
Have a look here . . http://csswish.blogspot.com/2013/12/customize-blogger-blog-for-opera-mini.html@kashmiribora, you are right, it is a proxy server issue. Not exactly about proxy kinda thing. It is better to be called as mobile rendering of a desktop site.
try loading mobile compatible version of a site.. eg., m.opera.com , m.facebook.com like that....
