Set Order for Startup Tabs

Is there a way to specify the order of startup tabs? I have a number of tabs set to open by default but would like them to open in a specific order. I tried dragging and seeing if there was a way to rename the pages (so they would perhaps open alphabetically) with no success. I also Googled but couldn't see any readily apparent solution for this.

They seem to be opened in the other they are added. Don't know if you can change the order in settings page.
