Hmm, what do you mean? I don't get it.
Now, I believe you ought understand. I beg license to put only in Portuguese, because the issue is in the content in Portuguese:
"Se tiver problemas com alguém, contacte essa pessoa diretamente em vez de debater com ela de modo inflamatório."
"O moderador irá geralmente deixar uma nota a explicar a moderação da mensagem. Se discordar da moderação, contacte um moderador diretamente em vez de fazer uma publicação no fórum.

Well, i guess that part (contact someone privately) wasn't implemented yet.
Because you didn't say categorically -- you have only supposed --, I'm not calling into question your words, saying that it "smells" more to my nose that they are old rules, when "My Opera" (that allowed it) had not died , and forgotten withdraw. I do not believe they will make available again these private communications between parties. Better withdraw.
