Opera 35 does not start

Hi,

I have a Dell Latitude Notebook running Windows 10 x64.

Last week I installed Opera 35. But when I tried to start it nothing happened. I checked Task Manager Opera process was not there.

I've almost tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I cleaned cache. I deleted user folders. But nope. They didn't help.

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Does it run if you try a standalone installation?

No, I tried it too. I used to use opera before. Then suddenly it stopped working.
