Hello I like that Opera tabs aren't loaded until you click on them. But I would like to set one or two tabs to be loaded every time - for example whatsapp tab - even when they wasn't active since Opera start.

You can't choose specific tabs or sites to load before you click on them. However you can turn on opera://flags#extended-lazy-session-loading so background tabs will start to load gradually.

It's a complement of "Delay loading of background tabs". With that flag enabled, background tabs should start to load gradually without the needing of going to them first.
