Opera Android freezing often

Now Opera Android 35 starting to freeze randomly when i just open the app. No matter if the device is high, med or low-end device. it is happen on all of my devices. can you please fix the problem and try to keep the app clean?

maybe you can try clear the browserdata? it helped me a little bit

now Opera starts to freeze again. i can't clear cache because it will clear cookies. please listen to me and have a look at this issue!

It's very annoying, it hangs on page loading, Android detects it as a program error while opera asked if you want to close tab.
I ended up using another broswer aswell.
Opera 25 was the last good one.Cleaning cache will only help for a while,they need to add a feature where it could clear cache only to improve performance automatically,

Opera18 up to v27 are obsolete. I've checked that from time to time and I put that on the table vis-à-vis media playback backed by Opera Max. Double check for another reason. On what device do you encounter this problem? Do you have at least 200MB free USB storage?

On some devices cache size doesn't appear on internal storage counter BTW.

My device is Sony Xperia Z3 Compact
I have 5 GB free space on both Internal and External. please add only clear data and add cachr limitation in Opera! listen! -

I have constant freezes too, that i didn't have with previous versions.

The new beta(36) seems to deal ok with it, so hopefully things will get improved.

I started getting constant freezes after v.30. SM-900A on Android 5.1.1 here.

Yes, absolutely agree, the last great was v 30.0.1856.93524. With each another version is freezing often and often. I'm still on version 30 and always impatiently, already more than half year, waiting stable version. V. 36 is totally unusable. Here is Samsung S4 LTE, i9305, Android 4.4.2.
Hope, developers will repair this issue as soon as possible. Than You in advance. -

I'm waiting too. v36 is better than v35 because it does not freeze often but the video still freeze when the connection is lost.
btw, i don't like moderators because they are not social and do absolutely nothing at all. i just want to contact the developers directly

Please don't hate us. We moderators have no participation in any of the development, we have no affiliation to Opera (not employed by them)... We are here as volunteers to help enforce the forum rules and keep the things organized. Just so you know... So sorry we can't solve this kind of problem. I have problems with some freezings as well.
More on that: I do send them a bug report when I see an issue widely reported in the forums and it feels useful to include forum links, but my report is not different than anyone's report made through the bug report wizard.
