Same problem every time .. local google search version...

So... i reinstalled windows yesterday first thing i did was to install opera again, then the drama hit me, google redirects me to his local version of google search... i need your help guys i dont want google to be redirecting me every time. this used to work just going to google.com/ncr.. but now its not..how do i set this up? pls help

Edit the lines below in Local State and change the country code:

location": {
      "country": "br",
      "country_from_server": "BR",

It should help.
