You should post your problems in a more structural way: your OS version and browser version, what exactly happens, what seems to trigger it (your actions or other parameters - like long browser running, many tabs, certain content on pages, etc.), or if it happens like in a more general way (like always, from the start, etc.).

OK Windows 10 x64, It never happened before, Nothing I was doing to cause it. When I started PC today it wont open Speed Dial. Opera version 36.0.2120.0

Is that your normal background?

The most recent Developer builds don't look like that - the bar with Bookmarks, Speed Dial, etc. is on the left now rather than the bottom. Did you not install the last update, or it just hasn't happened yet?

yeah thanks, in opera://flags I enabled Start page WebUI components (Enables WebUI components in the start page). Now it's OK
