"Reader Mode" Feature Request for Opera's iOS and Android Browsers

The Mercury Browser for iOS and Android has a feature called "Reader." It's a wonderful way to simplify a web page for reading, lets a reader select the font, adjust its size, and give background reading modes, one of which is a night mode. It's a way of bringing to iOS a feature Opera desktop users can get with an add-on like "Clearly" (also called "Evernote Clearly", though Mercury gives many modes, and in some ways is even better. I think it would be a huge plus for Opera if in their Opera Mini for iOS and Coast for Ipad/Ipod they offered something similar. (Opera ought to also consider the feature for their Android browsers). This is a highly useful feature. Some websites with their constantly moving ads and distracting features would be ideal for the availability of such a feature. Also, adjusting the background -- night mode, for sure, and perhaps some other modes too (take a look at the Mercury browser, and see the delightful modes they have for reading) and simplifying the page -- can be great for avoiding eyestrain. A feature like this could draw many people to Opera.

I agree, this would take Opera's android browser from the best available to 'perfect'. I use readability/reader functionality every day.

The iPad comes with a built in "Safari" browswer, but I much prefer the Opera instead. Except for one thing...the Opera browwer for the iPad does not have a "reader" mode, and there has been no report that they intend to introduce one. Which is why I, for one, continue to use the Safari instead, because it does have the reader mode. Not happy about it, but that's the story.

That's a must for a mobile browser.
iOS and Android default browsers have it for a reason, it's great.I'd be so cool if I could use Sync to get open tabs from the PC and read then on a mobile device with reader mode!
Now I use another way to get the URLs and well, read them with the device's default browser. Please try it if you don't know yet, I'm sure you like it!
(and hopefully consider adding it ;-)) -

This may be off topic guys, but how can I submit a feature request to the opera-mini development theme?

Fortunately there's a text wrap feature in Opera for Android, which at least in one way makes it easier to read. But I agree, a "reader mode" would be nice.

Also, Firefox has a feature that signals a play store link and an icon in the address bar that takes you to the install in playstore. These two ( reader mode and playstore link ) are a must I guess.
