Is the icon for Opera on the start screen (as opposed to the taskbar) correct?

Well that's good, I assume you've tried just unpinning it from the taskbar and then pinning it again?

you can see in a printscreen it doesnt act like an exe or a normal programm if i press right click on it , i dont have the option to press right click on the actual icon and move t properties...

You can't do it in the taskbar, you need to right click the actual file.
Beside the Opera logo isn't appearing, your icon seems very functional.
Try creating a shortcut in the desktop and then move it to the taskbar.

if i pin it from desktop then the oper icon appears on the taskbar . if i press it then a new window opens with the same problem. its not tabs in the normal icon(i dont want it pinned though) but i have now pinned opera, and a generic icon to use

So if you have Opera pinned to the taskbar, and you run it using that taskbar pinned icon, are you saying that another (blank) icon then appears for it on the taskbar?
If so, that certainly shouldn't happen!
