problem with video on facebook

when I watch videos on facebook, some videos are scattering, choppy, you can see in the link below. I reinstalled the latest version of opera and flash for Opera but nothing change, that is very very annoying, frustrating. But it didn't happened on other browsers like Edge, IE..... Opera was great but now seem like it getting worse and worse. Opera now even worse than IE. Hope Opera can fix it soon.
I use windows 10 64bit pro.

does this forum have any opera developer?? Can they see the problem, it has been 2 weeks when i noticed this problem. My god, I want to switch to other browser if they don't fix this problem.

This is an users forum. People from Opera come here eventually but you should not expect answers from them.
