Popup windows list issue

Hello, I have the following issue:
I opened a popup windows settings and didn't find the list of blocked resources. When I'm trying to add any domain as blocked to the list, seems nothing happening after press button "Done".
I tried to add one domain several times and currently I'm not sure it was done.

How can I check those list of blocked domains? At least would be nice to have an option for managing them.

Right, but where is the list of exceptions? In this window I can accept or decline popup window appearing by the dropdown menu. But I would like to see all the addresses which were added into popup block list.

Yup, I tried to add domain by the following mask: [.]gemius.com with Deny option
