Facebook is using Flash Player insted of HTML5, why? I contacted the support and they said the problem is on Opera.

It's browser sniffing from their part. If you use an extension to change the user agent to Chrome's one then FB will use html to play the videos.

So it's not an Opera issue.

In december of last year Facebook announced that will not use Flash Player anymore in all videos but it uses in Opera. Here are some links with the news: Socialsongbird, Straight, Zdnet.
