Mine never saves the passwords for sites, and I don't see a setting to enable/disable this feature.

I know on iOS the Password Manager is under "Share".

For instance I use LastPass.

On mobile I hit the Opera button at the bottom of the page. Then Share and tap LastPass.

For the desktop version, yes.

The answer is YES. However, for password management, highly recommend using third-party apps, like Lastpass and 1Password
